Training Times Juniors 5-13yrs
Tuesdays - Thursdays
5:30pm to 6:30pm
 
     Saturday classes by appiontment
 
Classes focus on the acquisition, management and maintenance of physical
& Taekwondo technical skills including, but not limited to Body Compositon
Cardiovascular fitness - Flexibility - Muscuar Endurance & Muscle Strength
Agility - Balance - Coordination - Power - Speed & Reaction Timing.
